The researcher Dr. Ioannis(Hannes), Anthopoulos
Dr. Anthropoulos explored his Ph.D. thesis at Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry, München / Martinsried, entitled "elucidation of the primary humoral immune response" (⇒ part of the immune system, responsible for antibody production) at the level of β-lymphocytes ⇒ Research and Clearing up the primary humoral immune response in vitro, by using Free Flow Electrophoresis, liquid autoradiography, double isotope autoradiography of plaque-forming cells, Electron Microscopy / liquid Autoradiography, micro cell culture and development of human lymphocyte cultures ), followed at the level of DNA, none histone proteines, at the Institute of Biochemistry / Physiology of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, München LMU.
He found out - the "chain and sequence of the b-lymphocyte cells and their ripening"- their "lifecycle" (⇒ development of mathematical formula for them),- the duration and zenith of the composition of IgM- and IgG-antibodies, as well as- "live, visible" creation of the immune complex - live proof of "plaque" and "plaque-forming cells".- Development of a particular human lymphocyte liquid culture-medium,- development of the pioneering "liquid" autoradiography with H3-(Tritium)-Thymidine and C 14 -Leucine-radioisotopes, for active, direct synthesis of proteins and DNA after the antigen "stimulation".
In 1977- late 1980 he directed the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry and founded the
human-Varia department of the oncology clinic Bad Trissl, Oberbayern, a member of
the oncology center at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), Munich.
In 1981 he founded the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry, Endocrinology,
Microbiology, Mycology and Environmental Research, in Munich, Germany, which
was in 1986 as a Reference Laboratorium for Pharma Group / Company Boehringer
Mannheim, Diagnostica, now Roche-Diagnostica.
Since 1997 he forwarded his scientific work on the autologous immunotherapy of
pathologically differentiated cells of the organism, the exploration and immunological
treatment of autoimmune diseases, basic immunological research and the
development of therapeutic methods against cancer and auto-immune diseases, the
teaching of immunology (organization of seminars on "aseptic pharmaceutical
working procedures" according to GMP-guideline rules of the European Community
EC / German-AMWHV).
In 1997-1999, he worked as an Inspector for Certification of Medical / Clinical
Biochemistry Laboratories at the College of American Pathologists CAP.

Society for Immunology BSI, and European Society for Immune Disorders ESID,
BIO-m, Bayern-Innovativ, Bayern Innovativ and Tumor-Zentrum der Ludwig-

In 2010-2011 was as lecturer of the Scientific Journal for Immunotherapy, the British
Society for Immunology BSI.
In 2000, founding of K-BIO Institute for Cell Biotechnology and Immunology GmbH,
and earned the International Patent for Autologous Cancer Immunotherapy,
autologous cancer vaccine AHIZE.
The team of the K-BIO Institute collaborates with expert academic colleagues of the
necessary faculties for AHIZE - Biochemists, Immunologists, Biologists,
Microbiologists (molecular biology, radiobiology, cytology), nuclear physicians,
internal medicine physicians and gastroenterologists, urologists, oncologists and
technical assistants for Laboratory of Clinical Biochemistry-Microbiology.

Ο Δρ. Ανθοπουλος εξερευνησε αποδεικτικα κατα την διδακτωρικη διατριβη* του στο Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry, München/Martinsried, με τιτλο την “διευκρινηση της primary humoral immune response"(⇒το μερος του ανοσοποιητικου συστηματος παραγωγης αντισωματων) στο επιπεδο των β-λεμφοκυτταρων (⇒ Research and Clearing up the primary humoral immune response in vitro, by use of Free Flow Electrophoresis, liquid Autoradiography, double isotope autoradiography of plaque-forming cells, Electron Microscopy/liquid Autoradiography, micro cell-culture cinematography, and developement of human lymphocyte cultures), και ακολουθα στο επιπεδο της γενετικης πληροφοριας DNA, none histone proteines, στο Ινστιτουτο Βιοχημειας/Φυσιολογιας του Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, München.
Σ’ αυτη διαπιστωσε

Τα κύτταρα Νο. 2, 3, 4 είναι κύτταρα πλάσματος που παράγουν IgM, IgG αντίσωματα, κύτταρα που σχηματίζουν πλάκα, σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα της C14-λευκίνης + H3-θυμιδίνης διπλού ραδιο-ισότοπου υγρής αυτοραδιογραφίας (διατριβή Dr. Anthopoulos, 1972).
Αριθμός Αρ. 5 είναι ένα ώριμο κύτταρο πλάσματος, το οποίο δεν παρουσίασε καμία δραστηριότητα παραγωγής αντισωμάτων, σε αντίθεση με τους αριθμούς κυττάρων πλάσματος 2, 3 και 4 (κατά τη διάρκεια 60 ωρών κυτταροκαλλιέργεια μετά από διέγερση αντιγόνου (ερυθροκύτταρα προβάτου), σε μέσο RPMI 1640, Ph-buffer βελτιστοποιημένο Ανθόπουλο).
- την διαρκεια “κυκλου ζωης” τους (⇒ αναπτυξη μαθηματικης φορμουλας γι’ αυτο),
- την διαρκεια και ζενιθ της συνθεσης των IgM- και IgG-αντισωματων, ως και
- την “ζωντανη, ορατη” δημιουργια του ανοσοποιητικου κομπλεξ - ζωντανη αποδειξη των “plaque" και των “plaque-forming cells"(πλασμα-κυτταρων).
- Αναπτυξη ιδιαιτερου υγρου και ημι-στερεό μέσο κυτταρικής καλλιέργειας για λεμφοκύτταρα,
- αναπτυξη της πρωτοποριακης μεθοδου “liquid”-αυτοραδιογραφιας με Η³-Τhymidine και C14-Leucine-ραδιοισοτοπα, για ενεργη αμεση διαπιστωση συνθεσης προτεïνων και DNA μετα το “ερεθισμα” αντιγoνου.
To 1977- τελη 1980 διευθυνε το Ινστιτουτο κλινικης βιοχημειας και ιδρυσε το τμημα μικροβιολογιας(human-Varia) της ογκολογικης κλινικης Bad Trissl, Oberbayern, μελος του ογκολογικου κεντρου του Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), München.
Το 1981 ιδρυσε το Κ-ΒΙΟ ινστιτουτο κλινικης βιοχημειας, ενδοκρινολογιας, μικροβιολογιας, μυκολογιας και ερευνων περιβαλλοντος, στο Μοναχο, που κατεστει το 1986 ως Reference-Laboratorium για την φα. Boehringer Mannheim, Diagnostica, τωρα Roche Diagnostica.
Απο το 1997 συνεχεια της επιστημονικης εργασιας στην αυτολογη ανοσοθεραπεια παθολογικα διαφοροποιημενων κυτταρων(⇒καρκινος) του οργανισμου, στην εξερευνηση και ανοσολογικη θεραπεια των αυτο-ανοσο ασθενειων, ανοσολογικων ερευνων και αναπτυξεων θεραπευτικων μεθοδων R&D, την διδασκαλια επι της ανοσολογιας (οργανωση σεμιναριων και για “aseptic pharmaceutical working procedures” according to GMP-guideline rules of the European Community EC/German-AMWHV).
Tο 1997-1999 συνεργασια ως Inspector for certification of medical/clinical biochemistry laboratories at College of American Pathologists CAP.
